The things people ask before booking
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your end. We monitor your inbound flight against its actual arrival time and move the pickup automatically. You are not charged waiting time for an airline delay.
Is the fare fixed?
We quote the fare before you book and that is what you pay. No meter running during the trip.
Where does the driver meet me?
We meet you at arrivals. You get your driver's details before you travel.
Can you fit our luggage?
Tell us the bag count on the form and we will send the right vehicle. Skis, golf clubs, surfboards and prams are all fine, just mention them in the notes so we plan for the space.
Can you cater for child seats or accessibility needs?
Note it in the request field when you enquire and we will confirm what we can arrange for your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
The more notice the better, especially over school holidays and long weekends. That said, we take same-day bookings when we have a vehicle free, so it is always worth asking.
